GET a list of clinics for a practice

The following routes are available for this service:
GET, OPTIONS/HCAWebCheckin/Practices/{PracticePk}/Clinics
GET, OPTIONS/Clockwise/Practices/{PracticePk}/Clinics
GET, OPTIONS/PracticeAPI/Practices/{PracticePk}/Clinics

To override the Content-type in your clients HTTP Accept Header, append ?format=json
