GET information about whether or not there is an update available for PVHardwareService.

The following routes are available for this service:
GET/DocStorage/PVHardwareServiceUpdateCheck/{Practice}/{CurrentVersion}

To override the Content-type in your clients HTTP Accept Header, append ?format=jsv
