ClockwisePatientRegistrationRemovalRequest

PUTS a request to remove an appointment in PVM.

The following routes are available for this service:
PUT, OPTIONS/Clockwise/PatientRegistration/Practices/{PracticePk}/Clinics/{ClinicPk}/Appointments/{AppointmentId}/Remove
PUT, OPTIONS/Clockwise/PatientRegistration/Appointments/{AppointmentId}/Remove

To override the Content-type in your clients HTTP Accept Header, append ?format=xml
